In September, 2016 Bill Preston traveled to Phnom Penh, Cambodia to work with Vishnu Law Group on a substantial overhaul of that country's Environment and Natural Resources Code. Preston focused on drafting proposed legislation on the use of environmental and public health risk assessments and on cleanup and restoration of contaminated sites. The proposed Code revisions are currently under review and consideration for final enactment by the Cambodian Parliament.
